The idea of LLP’s gives a new perspective on how to approach my own teaching style and the way I try to learn other languages. The idea of stages within my students’ language profiles makes realize that in fact I must adapt both strategies and methods when trying to teach any new concept or skill to my students in the foreign language classroom.

Well, that is, of course, extremely important. But, IMO, just doing that is definitely not the most effective way to learn another language.
